Cynthia Butler tries to make cases affordable for people. When necessary she will loop in other attorneys or staff to maximize the effectiveness of representation. She has a network of attorneys with whom she has affiliated and uses local counsel when necessary to best serve the client's interests. 

      Various fee structure plans are offered to clients depending on the merits and risk level of claims. Straight pure contingency cases (where no retainer is obtained but the lawyer receives a back end percentage) are only possible when the merits are strong and the negative risks are not high. Clients may request a mixed modified contingent Retainer which caps hourly fees with a smaller retainer with a smaller back end percentage.
